When dictation are complete, simply dock the recorder and automatically the dictation files are encrypted, compressed and sent to our Application Service Provider (ASP) via a secure internet connection. All completed transcriptions are available on-line for as long as you are using our service. No telephone or ID numbers to remember. HIPAA compliant.

As low as .15 cents with a 24-hour turnaround time. Clients are provided with 1-800 # to call. Clinicians may be able to dictate from the comfort of their office or home, and dictation is immediately available for transcription. HIPAA compliant.

For local clients only. As low as .16 cents per line with 24 to 48 hour turnaround time. A courier fee for pick-up and delivery will be charged. Clinician will dictate to a handheld recorder using a micro cassette tape. There is no easy way to create and verify an audit trail of who has had the tape and who listened to the PHI on the tape. If the tape is lost, one cannot guarantee the security of the information on it.
